Please schedule in advance.
The initial assessment is a 60 minute assessment visit. During this assessment you will be given a psychiatric evaluation and asked a series of questions. The goal of this assessment is to properly diagnose the client using the DSM V criteria so that they will be started on the appropriate psychiatric medication regime and begin their healing process.
Follow up appointments are 15 minutes or longer depending on the specific need of the patient. During follow up appointments, the client’s medication responses and symptoms are evaluated. (Clients should document any concerns and questions they may have in between their appointments so they can be addressed).
At this appointment qualifying clients over the age of 18 in Rhode Island and Massachusetts will receive a license for a medical marijuana card. Client’s requesting this service will be screened over the phone before they are seen. Make an appointment with Tracy to see if you are a candidate for medical marijuana. Text or call 508-974-2382 for an appointment.
GeneSight Psychotropic is a pharmacogenomic test which means that it analyzes how your genes may affect medication outcomes. The GeneSight test analyzes clinically important genetic variations in your DNA. Results can inform your doctor about how you may break down or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric conditions.
All patients are required to fill out paperwork prior to your appointment.
If you fail to show up or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee.
