Falashade Adewuyi “Sade” is the founder and owner of New Leaf Psychiatry. Sade is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who treats individuals across the lifespan with mental health disorders. Sade graduated from the University of Rhode Island College of Nursing in 2005. In 2015 she obtained a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Regis College. While at Regis Sade achieved academic excellence. Sade is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Sade has over 19 years of both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric experience. In addition to being a nurse practitioner Sade is a clinical instructor and she has independently trained over 25 psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners who are working in the field.
Sade specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adult with depression, anxiety, bipolar spectrum disorders, ADHD, PTSD, substance abuse, and other psychiatric disorders. Sade tailors treatment plans to the specific needs of her patients. In addition to providing medication management, she helps her patients develop healthy coping mechanisms to maximize their outcomes. Tracy Beckman was born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts. She has been a nurse in the southern Massachusetts for several years. Tracy went on to further her education at the University of Massachusetts Medical School where she received a masters degree in Acute Care Adult Gerontology with a sub-specialty in critical care. She currently works in the local community providing specialty services.Tracy has a passion for helping patient suffering from various aliments, finding the best treatment options to help improve their quality of life. She believes in providing alternative, natural ways of healing without using industrialized pharmaceuticals. Her mission is to educate patients on the medicinal uses of cannabis including methods of using it, safe dosing, risks and benefits. Tracy prides herself on being open minded and listening to patients to make the certifying process as comfortable as possible.
